Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

• Record and process employee expense reports.

Your Mission:

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This includes managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to develop strategies and policies to enhance financial performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Recording and reviewing expenses, payroll, etc. as assigned.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing.
• Preparation, analysis, and verification of accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintain the general ledger operations.
• Sending data for tax filing.
• Record and process employee expense reports.
