Job summary

Grown Diamond India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in the Jewellery/Diamond industry. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, stock control, GST, and MIS reporting using Tally Prime and Jewellery ERP.

Candidate should have 4+ years in jewellery accounting, and a B.Com or M.Com. exposure to Diamtrade ERP is preferred. Location is Mumbai's Bandra area.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in jewellery accounting and stock control.
• Familiar with GST compliance and bank reconciliations.
• Proficient with Tally Prime / ERP and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day transactions in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred).
• Maintain and reconcile jewellery stock records and movements.
• Perform stock verification and stock-account reconciliation.
• Record purchases, sales, payments, receipts and journal entries.
• Prepare ledgers for vendors and customers; perform bank reconciliations.

Position: Accounts Executive (Jewellery Industry)

Location: BKC, Bandra, Mumbai

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Jewellery Accounting

Exposure in Diamond industry preferably (BDB or Seepz)

Job Summary

Grown Diamond India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant with a strong background in the Jewellery / Diamond industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, Jewellery ERP, Jewellery Stock Accounting, Inventory Reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred).
• Maintain and reconcile jewellery stock records, including inward, outward, and inventory movements.
• Perform stock verification and stock-account reconciliation.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Prepare and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory transactions.
• Handle GST-related accounting entries and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for inventory and accounting data.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and inventory records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting closures.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Jewellery or Diamond Industry
• Strong experience in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred)
• Hands-on experience in Jewellery Stock Accounting and Inventory Reconciliation
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and banking transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to the Diamond Industry, preferably BDB or SEEPZ
• Knowledge of ERP software ( Diamtrade ERP preferred)
• Gold & Diamond Inventory Accounting
• Stock Reconciliation & Stock Audits
