Grown Diamond India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage jewellery accounting operations, focusing on Tally Prime/ERP, stock transactions, and GST compliance. The role requires hands-on stock reconciliation and day-to-day ledger activities.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory and financial records, support month-end close, and prepare MIS and stock reports with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com with 4+ years in jewellery/diamond accounting.
• Strong experience in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred).
• Jewellery stock accounting and inventory reconciliation.
• GST knowledge and banking transactions proficiency.
• MS Excel proficiency and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred).
• Maintain and reconcile jewellery stock records, including inward, outward, and inventory movements.
• Perform stock verification and stock-account reconciliation.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Prepare and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory transactions.
• Handle GST-related accounting entries and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for inventory and accounting data.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and inventory records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting closures.

Exposure in Diamond industry preferably (BDB or Seepz)

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Tally, Jewellery ERP, Jewellery Stock Accounting, Inventory Reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Jewellery or Diamond Industry
• Strong experience in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred)
• Hands-on experience in Jewellery Stock Accounting and Inventory Reconciliation
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and banking transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to the Diamond Industry, preferably BDB or SEEPZ
• Knowledge of ERP software ( Diamtrade ERP preferred)
• Gold & Diamond Inventory Accounting
• Stock Reconciliation & Stock Audits
