Job summary

Grown Diamond India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive (Jewellery Industry) to manage day-to-day accounting operations in the jewellery domain.

The role requires hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP (Diamtrade preferred), jewellery stock accounting, and GST compliance. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in jewellery or diamond industry, strong Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate stock and financial records, including bank reconciliations and MIS

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com required.
• Minimum 4 years in Jewellery or Diamond industry.
• Hands-on with Tally Prime/ERP and Diamtrade.
• Knowledge of GST and banking transactions.
• Experience in jewellery stock accounting and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade).
• Maintain jewellery stock records incl. inward/outward moves.
• Perform stock verification and stock reconciliation.
• Record purchases, sales, payments, receipts, journals.
• Prepare and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor transactions.
• Maintain records of gold, diamond, jewellery inventory.
• Handle GST accounting entries and docs.
• Prepare MIS and stock reports.
• Coordinate with departments for inventory data.
• Ensure proper filing of financial/inventory records.
• Assist in month/year-end closures.

Exposure in Diamond industry preferably (BDB or Seepz)

Job Summary

Grown Diamond India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant with a strong background in the Jewellery / Diamond industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, Jewellery ERP, Jewellery Stock Accounting, Inventory Reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred).
• Maintain and reconcile jewellery stock records, including inward, outward, and inventory movements.
• Perform stock verification and stock-account reconciliation.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Prepare and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory transactions.
• Handle GST-related accounting entries and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for inventory and accounting data.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and inventory records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting closures.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Jewellery or Diamond Industry
• Strong experience in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred)
• Hands-on experience in Jewellery Stock Accounting and Inventory Reconciliation
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and banking transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to the Diamond Industry, preferably BDB or SEEPZ
• Knowledge of ERP software ( Diamtrade ERP preferred)
