Grown Diamond India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant with a strong background in the Jewellery / Diamond industry.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, Jewellery ERP, Jewellery Stock Accounting, Inventory Reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities include maintaining jewellery stock records, bank reconciliations, GST compliance, vendor and customer ledgers, MIS and stock reports, and month-end/year-end closures.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred)
• Jewellery / Diamond industry background
• Stock accounting and inventory reconciliation
• GST accounting and documentation
• Experience in day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, and stock reports
• Vendor and customer ledgers
• Bank reconciliations and monitoring of financial transactions
• Record entries for purchases, sales, payments, receipts and journals
• Maintain jewellery stock records and inventory movements
• Assist in month-end and year-end closures

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred)
• Maintain and reconcile jewellery stock records, including movements
• Perform stock verification and stock-account reconciliation
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries
• Prepare and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions
• Maintain records of gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory transactions
• Handle GST-related accounting entries and documentation
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, and stock reports
• Coordinate with internal departments for inventory and data
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting closures

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Jewellery Accounting

Exposure in Diamond industry preferably (BDB or Seepz)

Job Summary

Grown Diamond India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant with a strong background in the Jewellery / Diamond industry. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred).
• Maintain and reconcile jewellery stock records, including inward, outward, and inventory movements.
• Perform stock verification and stock-account reconciliation.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Jewellery or Diamond Industry
• Strong experience in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred)
• Hands-on experience in Jewellery Stock Accounting and Inventory Reconciliation
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and banking transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to the Diamond Industry, preferably BDB or SEEPZ
• Knowledge of ERP software ( Diamtrade ERP preferred)
