Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented MIS – Accounts Executive for a Gems & Jewellery company in Mumbai. The role demands at least 6 months of accounts experience, proficiency in Tally and Excel, and accurate data entry.

You will support daily MIS reporting and maintain essential financial records to ensure smooth operations. The position is full-time in Kalbadevi, Mumbai with a salary up to ₹25,000 per month, offering exposure to accounting tasks and collaboration with the accounts

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts, MIS, or a related role.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Handle basic accounting entries and maintain financial records.
• Work on Tally for accounting entries and record maintenance.
• Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment reports.
• Verify invoices, bills, and other accounting documents.
• Update Excel sheets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with basic reconciliation and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for timely reporting and documentation.
