Job summary

Jewel Mandir in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to independently manage and supervise the accounting and finance functions of our jewellery business. This remote role offers leadership over the accounts team and direct coordination with auditors and banks.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in jewellery or retail, with strong GST/TDS knowledge and proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping.
• GST, TDS and statutory compliance coordination.
• Bank, cash, UPI and credit-card reconciliations.
• Accounts payable and receivable management.
• Vendor reconciliation and payment management.
• Reconciliation of gold, diamond and jewellery inventory with accounts.
• Verify purchases, sales, returns, advances and expenses.
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, expenses and profitability.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors and banks.
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely and accurate accounting.
• Maintain proper financial controls and confidentiality.
