Chakrdhar Foods And Beverages is seeking an experienced accounts professional in Hazira to manage invoicing, billing, and AR. You will process invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments from clients.

The role requires proficiency in Tally (ERP 9/Prime) and Excel, with prior exposure to MNC customer portals, and a strong eye for detail. A full-time position offering growth within a logistics-oriented business.

Qualifikationen

• B.Com or equivalent commerce qualification preferred.
• 25 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, or accounts receivable.
• Experience with MNC portals, invoice processing and payment follow-ups.

Aufgaben

• Handle daily invoicing and billing for logistics and transportation services.
• Upload invoices and supporting documents on MNC customer portals within prescribed timelines.
• Verify freight rates, LR copies, PODs, and other documents before invoice submission.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally and company software.(Tally Optional)
• Track customer outstanding payments, invoice due dates, and overdue amounts.
• Regularly follow up with customer finance teams through email and telephone for payment releases.
• Monitor invoice acceptance, rejection, payment status, and portal-related issues.
• Prepare customer-wise outstanding statements, invoice ageing reports, and MIS reports.
• Perform customer ledger reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and basic GST-related documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to resolve billing discrepancies and missing documents.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform other accounts-related duties assigned by management.

• Good communication skills for professional email correspondence and payment follow-ups.


• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and accuracy in accounting documentation.


• Ability to manage multiple invoices, deadlines, and customer accounts independently.
