Role &

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager with 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts to manage and oversee the complete accounting and finance operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, ERP systems, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST, TDS, MIS reporting and financial reporting. Candidates with relevant experience in the Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain industry will be preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, managing day-to-day accounting transactions, handling customer and vendor accounts, monitoring receivables and payables, preparing bank and ledger reconciliations, managing banking activities and ensuring timely payments and collections. The role will also involve preparing MIS and financial reports, monitoring cash flow, coordinating with auditors, banks, vendors and customers, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for handling GST and TDS-related activities, supporting audits, identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date. The candidate will also supervise and guide the accounts team, establish effective accounting controls and provide timely financial information and reports to management for decision-making.

The candidate should be a B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance or equivalent graduate/postgraduate with 10+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel and ERP is essential, along with good analytical, reconciliation, communication and team-management skills. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the overall accounts function and should have a strong understanding of accounting processes in a Logistics or Transportation business.
