Ecoglow Packaging Private Limited in Sonipat, Haryana seeks an experienced finance professional to manage statutory compliance, financial reporting, and tax filings. The role includes daily e-way bill, e-invoice, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, cost accounting, and coordination with the CA for GST and income tax filings.

Responsibilities cover monthly closings, MIS reporting, and stock/inventory tracking. Strong Excel, Busy/Tally/ERP, and clear communication with directors are essential. Annual bonus offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales, purchases, payments, receipts and payroll entries.
• Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and perform closings.
• Prepare MIS and stock reports.
• Track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Advanced Excel tasks: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards.

Job description

• Statutory Compliance: Manage Daily E-Way Bill & E-invoice , GST filings, TDS, PF, ESI, and Factory-level tax obligations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis reports.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and Indian tax laws I-TAX & GST, MSME & Labour Laws.
• Calculating taxes and Co-ordinate with CA submitting GST & Income-Tax returns to comply with the law
• Auditing financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial data
• Manage all accounting transactions Like Daily- Sale, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Payroll Entries.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on time to time.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Advanced MS Excel skills including V-lookup and pivot tables, Dashboards, Google Sheet Working
• Keep all trade invoices to ensure that payments are reconciled on a regular basis.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, MIS Report, Stock Report, Monthly Bank Stock Statement.
• Track raw material costs, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory.

Software Knowledge

• Strong proficiency in Busy Accounting Software, Tally, & ERP Software if any
• Google Sheet, Analytical Tools Like Excel, BI Software if any

Communication and Presentation Skills

• Ability to communicate to Directors, Debtors, Creditors, Bankers Etc. on the thought and process behind the financial issues in play
• Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve them under time constraints.
• Strong analytical skills to solve problems quickly and judiciously
