Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Nashik is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, and monthly close processes. You will ensure accuracy in GL, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires B. Com and 3–5 years in finance, strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax and ERP systems (SAP). Onsite work in Nashik with opportunities for growth and exposure to a global operations.

Qualifications

• B. Com with 3–5 years in Finance and Accounts, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Customs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including AP, AR, journal entries, bank postings, and GL maintenance.
• Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and payments with proper approvals and documentation.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register, depreciation/amortization, and ensure accurate records.
• Handle intercompany transactions, treasury activities, banking coordination, and cash flow support.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, and other statutory requirements.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and regulatory assessments with required docs.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with policies and accounting standards.

What you will do

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Customs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and meet deadlines.
