Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across India and APAC markets. You will partner with Global and Regional TA COE, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs to attract top talent and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while upholding our brand standards.

The role requires sourcing expertise, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid Mumbai-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, executive search, or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing and supply chain functions in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job descriptions, sourcing strategies, interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to resolve issues with clear communication.
• Champion the Ingredion Employment Brand with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance in the ATS for reporting needs.
• Expand talent pipelines via social media, career fairs, and networking.
• Support strategic initiatives in Candidate Experience, Talent Acquisition, and Inclusion & Belonging.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting hiring across India and other APAC markets while partnering closely with Global and Regional TA COE, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners. You will help deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences through proactive sourcing, effective stakeholder partnership, and high-quality recruitment execution. As an ambassador for the Ingredion employer brand, you will build relationships with active and passive talent, leverage data and market insights, and contribute to attracting top talent across the region.

What You Will Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles—from crafting engaging job descriptions and sourcing strategies to managing interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs by proactively resolving issues through clear communication and expectation management.
• Champion the Ingredion Employment Brand by building trust with candidates and coaching stakeholders to represent the brand effectively.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance in the ATS through consistent usage and timely updates to support reporting and business needs.
• Expand talent pipelines using social media, career fairs, and networking; initiate outreach and persuasively communicate opportunities to passive candidates.
• Support strategic initiatives in Candidate Experience, Talent Acquisition, and Inclusion & Belonging process excellence.
• Stay ahead of market trends to advise stakeholders and build networks that enhance talent insights and recruiting effectiveness.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, executive search, or talent acquisition within an agency or in-house environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing and supply chain functions primarily in Ahmedabad, Gujerat
• Experience recruiting in Mumbai for B2B Commercial, Finance, HR, or Corporate functions
• Expert skill in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage talent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across several stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
