Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in India is seeking a QA Executive to ensure quality procedures are established, implemented and followed across manufacturing sites, with onsite work at locations in India. This role reports to the Senior Quality Specialist.

You will draft QA policies, conduct audits, review equipment qualification data, support batch release, and manage deviations (OOS/OOT/OOC). Training, document control, and maintaining QMS records are also essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Education requires B.SC / M.SC Chemistry.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry / Chemical Industry.
• Relevant Experience in quality assurance in Pharma / Chemical Industry
• English fluency, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Convey day-to-day QA activities to the reporting authority.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Vendor Management Activities (Paper & Physical Onsite Audits).
• Review Equipment Qualification Data.
• Batch release activities and responsibility in absence of Quality head.
• Handle OOS, OOT, OOC & Deviation.
• Train on Safety to new recruits, employees, contractors, contract employees.
• Maintain updated records for all the Training activities.

The QA Executive is responsible to ensure all quality procedure and systems are established, implemented and followed rightly so that the company’s product and services meet with regulatory norms and specifications and also ensure finished goods meet product quality control specifications.

Core Responsibilities:

• Procedures / Governance: Day to day assigned activities shall be conveyed to the reporting authority
• Any requirement related to QA shall be conveyed to reporting authority
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Vendor Management Activities (Paper & Physical Onsite Audits)
• Review Equipment Qualification Data
• Performing issuance activity of all the departments
• Review BMR and BPR
• Arranging training as per the schedule
• Maintain trackers for all QMS records
• Batch release process
• Batch release responsibility in absence of Quality head.
• Handling OOS, OOT, OOC & Deviation.
• Responsible for Promotional sample.
• Any job activity assigned by HOD.
• Training Impart training on Safety to new recruits, employees, contractors, contract employees.
• Periodically evaluate Training Effectiveness.
• Maintain updated records for all the Training activities.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Mandatory requirements: Education requires, B.SC / M.SC Chemistry.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry / Chemical Industry.
• Relevant Experience in quality assurance in Pharma / Chemical Industry
• English fluency, both written and spoken

• Proficiency in QMS work process
• Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory guidelines
• Knowledge of MS Office / Quality Reports
• Preparing Quality reports & documents
• Fluence in working with different stakeholders within a manufacturing facility within a matrix organization
• Flexibility & Agility within the organization, working at different manufacturing sites within India.
