Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com).
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting: AP, AR, journal entries, bank postings, GL maintenance.
• Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and payments with proper approvals.
• Support month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register, depreciation, and accurate records.
• Handle intercompany transactions, treasury activities, banking coordination, and cash flow support.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, and statutory compliance.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews with required documentation.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including AP, AR, journal entries, bank postings, and GL maintenance.
• Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and payments with proper approvals and supporting documentation.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register, calculate depreciation/amortization, and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Handle intercompany transactions, treasury activities, banking coordination, and cash flow support.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, and other statutory requirements.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and regulatory assessments by providing required documentation and information.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Customs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and meet deadlines.
