Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Mumbai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across India and APAC markets, partnering with Global and Regional TA teams. You will drive sourcing strategies, interviews, and offers while strengthening the employer brand.

The role requires collaboration with hiring managers and HRBPs, data integrity in ATS, and proactive market insights to improve recruiting effectiveness. Hybrid work arrangement offered with relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, executive search, or talent acquisition within an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong English communication skills with stakeholders and candidates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across several stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles—from crafting engaging job descriptions and sourcing strategies to managing interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Foster partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs to resolve issues with clear communication and expectation management.
• Champion the Ingredion Employment Brand by building trust with candidates and coaching stakeholders to represent the brand effectively.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance in the ATS through consistent usage and timely updates for reporting needs.
• Expand talent pipelines using social media, career fairs, and networking; outreach to passive candidates.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting hiring across India and other APAC markets while partnering closely with Global and Regional TA COE, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners.

What You Will Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles—from crafting engaging job descriptions and sourcing strategies to managing interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs by proactively resolving issues through clear communication and expectation management.
• Champion the Ingredion Employment Brand by building trust with candidates and coaching stakeholders to represent the brand effectively.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance in the ATS through consistent usage and timely updates to support reporting and business needs.
• Expand talent pipelines using social media, career fairs, and networking; initiate outreach and persuasively communicate opportunities to passive candidates.
• Support strategic initiatives in Candidate Experience, Talent Acquisition, and Inclusion & Belonging process excellence.
• Stay ahead of market trends to advise stakeholders and build networks that enhance talent insights and recruiting effectiveness.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, executive search, or talent acquisition within an agency or in-house environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing and supply chain functions primarily in Ahmedabad, Gujerat
• Experience recruiting in Mumbai for B2B Commercial, Finance, HR, or Corporate functions
• Expert skill in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage talent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across several stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
