Job summary

In Time Tec in Jaipur is seeking an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and inventory accounting.

You will manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, monthly closings, and ensure compliance with GST/TDS. 2–3 years of experience preferred, with M.Com/MBA Finance or CA Inter qualifications in the candidate profile.

Qualifications

  • M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter (Semi-Qualified CA).
  • 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Experience in IT industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP with accuracy.
  • Handle AP/AR, invoice processing, payments, and vendor/customer accounts.
  • Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual closings and MIS reporting.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Support audits with records and schedules.
  • Monitor cash flow and inventory transactions; manage fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Collaborate with ERP/accounting teams to improve reporting and controls.

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in Tally/ERP systems, statutory compliance, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and inventory accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor/customer account management.
  • Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis reports for management review.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary records, schedules, and documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital requirements, and banking transactions.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and ensure accurate accounting of depreciation.
  • Work closely with ERP/accounting systems to improve financial reporting and process efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification, approvals, and payment processing.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Monitor inventory transactions, conduct stock reconciliations, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualification
  • M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter (Semi-Qualified CA).
Experience
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts functions.
  • Experience in inventory accounting and stock verification will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in the IT industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally and ERP-based accounting systems.
  • Hands-on experience in recording journal entries and maintaining accounting books.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and data analysis.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
  • Experience in inventory management, stock verification, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
