Qualifications

• CA Intermediate candidates with practical GST, TDS, income tax and finalization experience.
• Hands-on with GST returns, TDS filings, bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Experience supporting audits and monthly/yearly closings.

Responsibilities

• Record and post day-to-day entries in Tally Prime.
• Perform bank and party ledger reconciliations.
• Import/export data from Tally and prepare GST returns.
• Reconcile Input Tax Credit from GSTR-2B and manage TDS activities.
• Assist in income tax rules and tax audit data handling.
• Apply accounting standards and support accounts finalization.
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and MIS reporting.
• Prepare receivables, payables, and aging reports.
• Support audits and monthly/yearly closing cycles.

• 1 Record Bank, Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, and Adjustment entries in Tally Prime
• 2 Perform Bank and Party Ledger reconciliation
• 3 Import and export data from Tally
• 4 Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B)
• 5 Reconcile Input Tax Credit from GSTR-2B
• 6 Handle TDS sections, rates, deduction, payment, and TDS return filing
• 7 Apply knowledge of Income Tax rules and Tax Audit data
• 8 Apply Accounting Standards and support Accounts Finalization
• 9 Use Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) for data analysis
• 10 Prepare Receivable, Payable, Outstanding, and MIS reports
