Job summary

Kalash Group, a Jaipur-based real estate development company, seeks an Accounts Executive/Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting. The role focuses on Tally Prime entries, GST returns, and MIS reporting with ownership and accuracy.

The ideal candidate should have GST and Income Tax knowledge, with hands-on experience in accounts finalization and audits. CA Intermediate candidates are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• CA Intermediate candidates strongly preferred, especially with practical experience in Accounts Finalization, Tax Audit, GST, and TDS.

Responsibilities

• Record Bank, Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, and Adjustment entries in Tally Prime
• Perform Bank and Party Ledger reconciliation
• Import and export data from Tally
• Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B)
• Reconcile Input Tax Credit from GSTR-2B
• Handle TDS sections, rates, deduction, payment, and TDS return filing
• Apply knowledge of Income Tax rules and Tax Audit data
• Apply Accounting Standards and support Accounts Finalization
• Use Excel for data analysis
• Prepare Receivable, Payable, Outstanding, and MIS reports
• Assist in audits and monthly/yearly closing
