Job summary

Sadhav Offshore Engineering Corporation in Mumbai invites an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. You will manage day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, banking, and MIS reporting to support senior management.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor of Accounts or M.Com, and proficiency with ERP (Tally) and MS Excel. On-site position based in Andheri West, Mumbai with preference for candidates from Western suburbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or commerce.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with GST, TDS and banking.
• Proficient in ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and pass entries in ERP.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and process payments.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Support import/export accounting, foreign remittances, and banking documentation.
• Monitor project costing, inventory, and fixed asset accounting.
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Assist in internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Purpose

• To manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, support banking activities, maintain accurate financial records, and provide timely MIS and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• - Maintain books of accounts and pass accounting entries in ERP.
• - Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• - Prepare bank reconciliations and process payments.
• - Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• - Support import/export accounting, foreign remittances, and banking documentation.
