Job summary

Lore Resort & Convention is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join its Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on resort/hotel accounting experience and be proficient with IDS software.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, handle revenue reconciliation from rooms and services, and support GST/TDS compliance, with strong Excel skills and coordination with Front Office and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hotel/Resort Accounts is mandatory.
• Hands-on IDS software experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Tally knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities of the resort.
• Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Handle IDS software for resort accounting.
• Reconcile daily revenue from rooms, restaurants, banquets, activities, and other departments.
• Verify daily/night audit reports and ensure revenue posting accuracy.
• Handle cash, bank, credit card, and online payment reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial reports.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Purchase, Stores, and Management teams.
• Assist with monthly closing, audits, and MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with resort accounting procedures.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with monthly closing, audits, and preparation of MIS reports.

Mandatory Requirements
