Job summary

Swosti Premium in Bhubaneswar is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, statutory compliance, and accurate financial reporting for the hotel.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hotel accounts experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST/TDs, and excellent proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, with superb analytical and leadership skills.

• Handle cash management, credit sales and vendor payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely submissions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting.
• Ensure proper accounting controls and financial discipline.
