Responsibilities

• General Accounting: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Taxation: Support GST, TDS, and statutory returns.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare data for audits and ensure internal controls.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with minimum 2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and managing financial records. Key Responsibilities:

General Accounting: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee daily accounting activities, such as processing invoices, payments, and receipts.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

Taxation: Support in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.

Audit Preparation: Prepare financial data for audits, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.

Expense Tracking: Monitor and analyze company expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing timely financial information to management.

Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
