Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, including statements.
• Support GST, TDS filings and statutory returns.
• Prepare data for audits and ensure internal controls.
• Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive withminimum3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and managing financial records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting:Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable:Oversee daily accounting activities, such as processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Bank Reconciliation:Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts.
• Financial Reporting:Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Taxation:Support in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Audit Preparation:Prepare financial data for audits, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.
• Expense Tracking:Monitor and analyze company expenses and suggest cost‑saving measures.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing timely financial information to management.
• Compliance:Ensure all accounting practices are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• MIS Reporting

Qualifications

• 3-4years of proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role, with hands-on experience in managing company accounts.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax-related procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
