Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in day-to-day accounting, along with knowledge of statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and preparation of provisional balance sheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely compliance.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filings.
• Assist in the preparation of the provisional balance sheet and financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for timely completion of audits.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance.
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Indian tax laws including GST and TDS.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
