Job summary

Masters India IT Solutions in Noida is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join the finance team. The role covers general accounting, invoicing, reconciliation, and statutory filings with GST and TDS, in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

You will prepare financial statements, assist audits, monitor expenses, and contribute to budgeting and MIS reporting to support management decisions. Permanent, on-site role in Noida.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax-related procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Oversee daily accounting activities, such as processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Prepare financial data for audits and ensure internal controls.
• Monitor and analyze company expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for management.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with relevant laws and company policies.
• Provide MIS reporting as required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with minimum 3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and managing financial records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• General Accounting: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee daily accounting activities, such as processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Taxation: Support in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare financial data for audits, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and analyze company expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing timely financial information to management.
• Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• MIS Reporting
