Job summary

Om Jewels in Mumbai is seeking a Sr. Accounts Executive with 7–12 years of experience to join our finance team on a full-time basis, with immediate joiner preferred.

The ideal candidate will manage daily financial transactions, assist in ledger maintenance and month-end/year-end finalization, and coordinate GST/TDS filings, vendor payments, and interdepartmental communications for accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in account management, ideally in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions.
• Support ledger maintenance and month-end/year-end finalization.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.
• Manage invoices, purchase orders, and statements of accounts.
• Track client payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and clear vendor bills on time.
• Assist with GST and TDS calculations and filings.
• Coordinate with sales for orders and merge sales orders to vendors; dispatch coordination.
• Coordinate with vendor groups for orders, challans, and order quality.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Accounts Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based out of Mumbai that requires an immediate joiner preferably. The ideal candidate will have 7 - 12 years of experience in account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions
• Support in ledger maintenance and month-end/year-end account finalization.
• Manages accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, & tax compliance
• Managing invoices, purchase orders, and statements of accounts
• Track client payments, follow up on outstanding corporate dues, and clear vendor bills on time.
• Assist with GST, TDS calculations, and filings
• Coordinating with sales group for order received & merging the sales orders to send to vendors, dispatch team coordination
• Coordinating with the vendor groups for orders, challans, checking order quality
• Compliance & Local tax regulations (GST, TDS)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
• 7-12 years of experience in account management, ideally in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tally Prime.

Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B. Com) or Accounting.

Software Proficiency: MS Excel skills, Tally Prime knowledge
