Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage the complete order process from product development to final shipment. You will coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, quality, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

The role requires 1–5 years in merchandising, strong garment production knowledge, and proficient MS Excel/communication skills. Join us to drive orders and maintain high standards in a fast-paced Garments/Fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree; fashion/textile/merchandising preferred.
• 1–5 years in merchandising, preferably garments/textiles.
• Strong knowledge of garment production and export processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers to understand product requirements.
• Manage development, sampling, costing and order execution.
• Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A plans, and production follow-ups.
• Coordinate with vendors, factories and production teams.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and other materials.
• Coordinate with the quality team to ensure products meet required standards.
• Track samples, approvals, revisions, and buyer comments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and order records.
• Identify production issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure orders are completed according to buyer specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Maintain regular communication with buyers and suppliers.
