Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking an Export Merchandiser to manage the entire order lifecycle from initial buyer communication through final shipment delivery.

You will bridge international buyers with internal production teams, overseeing costing, sampling, sourcing, production tracking, and export documentation to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2 to 6+ years of relevant experience in an export house or apparel/trading environment.
• Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, communication, and knowledge of fabrics or garment construction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for international clients to handle inquiries, share updates, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate sample development, lab dips, strike-offs, and secure formal buyer sign-offs before bulk production.
• Calculate raw material consumption, prepare cost sheets, and negotiate prices with buyers and vendors.
• Create and monitor Time & Action (T&A) calendars for seamless order execution.
• Coordinate with internal production, quality assurance, and external suppliers to track progress.
• Ensure precise preparation of export documentation and monitor logistics for timely global dispatch.
