Naukripay is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product development, order coordination, and production follow-up, ensuring timely delivery. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills are essential to align with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.

The role involves handling sampling to final production, maintaining documentation, and tracking orders, materials, and schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Business, or related field.
• 1–4 years of merchandising experience.
• Knowledge of product development and production processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers, clients, suppliers, and production teams.
• Handle product development from sampling to final production.
• Prepare and maintain order sheets, purchase orders, and production documents.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, materials, and production schedules.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely order completion.
• Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards.
• Track inventory, raw materials, and accessories as required.
• Communicate buyer requirements clearly to the production team.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve production or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, costs, and shipments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
