Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage orders from development to final delivery.
• Prepare and maintain product specifications, costing, and order sheets.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, production, quality, and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with production and sourcing teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Monitor production progress and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Communicate buyer requirements clearly to production teams.
• Track material availability, production timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Conduct quality checks and coordinate corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and merchandising documentation.
• Support product development and suggest improvements based on market and buyer requirements.
• Ensure orders meet required quality standards and deadlines.
