Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product development, sampling, order coordination, and production follow-up, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

The candidate should have 1–4 years of experience, strong communication and coordination skills, and a solid understanding of merchandising processes. This full-time role is based in India with emphasis on meeting deadlines and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, vendors, and production teams.
• Handle product development, sampling, costing, and order execution.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, order sheets, and production documents.
• Follow up on production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor product quality and resolve production-related issues.
• Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, and other material requirements.
• Track order status from sampling to final dispatch.
• Communicate with clients regarding product specifications, changes, and approvals.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify product trends.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular order-status reports.
