Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Mumbai seeks a Lead F&A - Accounts Payable with 2-4 years in invoice processing. You will oversee end-to-end P2P from procurement to payment and manage a team of 20+ resources.

You will drive SOP creation, KPI delivery, SLA adherence, and process improvements, coordinating with client transitions and stakeholders. Strong leadership and communication are essential for mentoring staff and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in invoice processing within accounts payable domains.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ resources with process SMEs and senior team members as direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end P2P process from procurement to payment.
• Assist with vendor queries and SOP interpretation.
• Prepare, review, and sign off SOPs with the client.
• Meet turnaround times and maintain deliverable accuracy.
• Build knowledge base on process exceptions and transitions.
• Prioritize urgent requests and escalate when needed.
• Transition planning and coordination with transition teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review and supervise process documentation and PD.
• Identify skill needs and plan competency development.
• Draft KRAs and support career development and succession planning.
• Escalation handling and stakeholder management.
• Lead meetings with clients and take calls as required.

• Understand the concept of Standard operating procedure
• SOP preparation, review and sign off with client
• Meet the TAT and accuracy of deliverables
