Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in US IT staffing, account management, or client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and recruitment delivery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with ATS and VMS platforms is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
