Job summary

Enlighten Schola in Vadodara is seeking an Account Manager for Performance Marketing with 2–5 years of D2C client servicing experience. You will develop marketing strategies and coordinate with internal teams to drive campaign performance.

You will work with Meta Ads, track KPIs, ROAS and CPA, and communicate results clearly while collaborating with a growing digital marketing team on-site in India.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of D2C client servicing or account management experience.
• Hands-on involvement in developing performance marketing strategies.
• Good understanding of Meta Ads, campaign KPIs, ROAS and CPA metrics.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and team coordination skills.
• Experience with a digital marketing or performance marketing agency is preferred.
