Job summary

Diverse Lynx is seeking an experienced Account Manager specialized in Domestic Staffing to lead key client relationships in the Indian market from Noida. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, staffing delivery, and workforce planning with enterprise accounts.

The candidate will liaise between clients, recruitment teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure staffing requirements are met, budgets tracked, and client satisfaction maintained.

Qualifications

• 3–9 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing and Account Management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and multiple client stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of staffing lifecycle, resource planning, and recruitment operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with multiple client stakeholders and points of contact (POCs).
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, recruitment teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth delivery of staffing requirements and resource fulfillment.
• Coordinate team costing, budgeting, and resource planning activities.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Conduct regular client reviews and provide status updates on ongoing engagements.
• Resolve client concerns proactively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to meet hiring targets and service-level commitments.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and account-related documentation as required.

Location: Noida Sector 16 (Work From Office)

Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

About the Role

Diverse Lynx is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Account Manager with a strong background in Domestic IT Staffing to manage key client relationships, drive stakeholder engagement, and support workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, account management, and client-facing skills, with proven experience handling large enterprise accounts.
