Job summary

Smartworks in Hyderabad is seeking an Account Manager to drive a vibrant member community and seamless operations across our spaces. You will lead events, manage the sales process and churn, and oversee day-to-day building performance with a strong emphasis on guest experience.

The role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication, and at least 9 years in hospitality, marketing, or related fields, with 4+ years in people management. A fast-paced, detail-oriented leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.
• 9 years of experience in hospitality, marketing, or related field with strong operations focus is a plus.
• 4+ years of people management experience; managing teams of 5+ preferred.

• 4+ years of people management experience is a must; experience managing teams of 5+ people preferred
