Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate audits and address audit observations.
• Perform reconciliations with banks, vendors, customers, and inter-company.
• Develop MIS reports using advanced Excel features.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve finance processes and ERP systems.
• Mentor junior staff and drive process improvements.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Perform and review bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Develop and automate MIS reports using advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company finance policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve finance processes, ERP systems, and automation initiatives.
• Mentor junior finance team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
