• Expertise in Banking Operations and Bank Reconciliation.
• ERP systems experience: SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, ERPNext or similar.
• Strong General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Account Reconciliation.
• MS Excel and financial reporting tools proficiency.
• Compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
• Maintain and review account statements, general ledger, and accounting records.
• Handle banking operations including payments, receipts, and fund management.
• Perform bank reconciliation statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and timely month-end/year-end closures.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ledger reconciliations.
• Work on ERP systems for accounting transactions and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulations.
• Support management with financial reports and MIS.

• Prepare and analyzeProfit & Loss (P&L) Statements,Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
• Maintain and reviewAccount Statements, General Ledger, and accounting records.
• Handlebanking operations, including payments, receipts, and fund management.
• PerformBank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and month-end/year-end financial closing.
