Job summary

Amera Exports in Lucknow invites an experienced Account Executive to manage accounting operations, Tally ERP, GST, billing and reconciliation with hands-on expertise.

You will handle day-to-day entries, GST reconciliation, invoicing, bank reconciliations and MIS reports, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com or MBA Finance required or preferred.
• 45 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Prime.
• Good knowledge of GST, billing, reconciliation and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
• Knowledge of TDS, e-invoicing and e-way bills is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Prime.
• Prepare sales and purchase bills, invoices, and e-invoices.
• Handle GST accounting, GST reconciliation and GSTR-2B/ITC reconciliation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and maintain statements.
• Maintain customer/vendor ledgers and accounting records.
• Prepare MIS and outstanding reports.
• Assist with TDS, audits and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, CA/auditors and internal teams.
• Handle other day-to-day accounting activities as assigned.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of accounting operations, Tally, GST, billing and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Prepare sales/purchase bills, invoices, credit/debit notes and e-invoices.
• Handle GST accounting, GST reconciliation and GSTR-2B/ITC reconciliation.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and customer/vendor ledger reconciliation.
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable and maintain outstanding statements.
• Maintain customer/vendor ledgers and accounting records.
• Prepare MIS, outstanding and other periodic reports.
• Assist with TDS, audits and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, CA/auditors and internal teams.
• Handle other day-to-day accounting activities as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
