Job summary

Jjit Fintech in Pune is seeking a hands-on Account Executive with strong accounting, taxation, MIS reporting, and ERP experience. The role requires proficiency in Tally 9, ERP, GST, TDS, and Maharashtra Professional Tax, with a focus on statutory compliance.

Responsibilities include daily accounting and month-end closing, MIS reporting, GST/TDS handling, and supporting audits. Candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a finance degree, preferably with CA eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally 9, ERP & MS Excel.
• Practical exposure to GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax & statutory compliance.
• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• CA Fresher / CA Appeared preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing using Tally 9 & ERP.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, receivables/payables, and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax (Maharashtra), Income Tax, and applicable statutory compliances.
• Manage GST/TDS reconciliations, tax workings, payments, returns, and compliance documentation.
• Support statutory/tax audits and coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting operations.
