Job summary

Duroply Industries in Kolkata on-site is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with 5–6 years of experience.

You will assist the Senior Finance & Accounts Manager with month-end close, GST, TDS, Income tax compliance, audits, banking operations, and process improvements, leveraging SAP FI/CO and advanced Excel.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to prepare reports and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
• CA Inter/CMA Inter or MCom as minimum qualification.
• Strong GST/TDS/Income Tax compliance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP FI/CO.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations; provide variance analysis.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, filings, payments, and audit support.
• Coordinate internal and statutory audits; prepare data packs.
• Manage banking operations: cash management, reconciliations, payments, and liaison.
• Support treasury, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, and analyses.
• Assist with SAP FI/CO data and reinforce internal controls.
• Prepare management reports and support senior management in decision-making.

Summary:

Support the Senior Finance & Accounts Manager in month-end close, GST/TDS/Income Tax compliance, audits, banking operations, and process improvements. SAP exposure preferred; strong communication and Excel skills required.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Assist in month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations; provide variance analysis.
