Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts with accurate entries.
• Handle day-to-day transactions using Tally Prime/ERP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
• Handle GST activities including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain fixed assets and inventory accounting.
• Generate MIS and financial reports for management.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support migration or operations in SAP when required.

• Familiarity with SAP implementation or day‑to‑day SAP accounting activities is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
