Job summary

Genius Consultants in Kolkata is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho CRM, and advanced Excel, along with knowledge of PF, ESIC, GST & TDS compliance.

The role involves day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, invoices, vendor payments, payroll support with PF/ESIC deductions, MIS reporting, and assisting with GST/TDS filings.

Qualifications

• B.Com graduate (or equivalent).
• 1-4 years experience in accounting.
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, Zoho CRM, and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, GST & TDS.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting, AP/AR & bank reconciliation.
• Invoices, vendor payments & petty cash management.
• Support payroll processing with PF & ESIC deductions.
• Prepare MIS reports using Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Assist in GST, TDS & statutory filings.
