Job summary

Chemical Partners India is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle export accounting and related taxation in Vadodara, Gujarat. The candidate will manage export documentation, GST/Income Tax compliance, and maintain records with precision.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and export processes is essential. Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, along with good communication, is required for coordinating with banks, auditors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Manage export accounting and export documentation.
• Ensure GST, TDS, TCS compliance and tax filings.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
• Perform bank reconciliations and recording payments.
• Handle export sales, purchase and foreign currency transactions.
• Familiar with LUT, IGST, Shipping Bill, e-BRC, banking realisation.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors and internal teams.
• Maintain records and assist audits.
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software & MS Excel.

Hiring: Accounts Executive Export Firm

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month
Experience: 2-5 Years preferred

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Export Accounts & Taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Manage Export Accounting & Export Documentation
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS & Income Tax
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, etc.
• Bank reconciliation and payment entries
• Handle Export sales, purchase & foreign currency transactions
• Knowledge of LUT, IGST, Shipping Bill, e-BRC, Bank Realisation will be an advantage
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and internal teams
• Maintain proper records and support in audits
• Knowledge of Tally / accounting software & MS Excel is required
