Job summary

V. H. World Exim is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage export documentation, GST compliance and banking tasks. The role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS and DGFT processes, with experience in Tally or SAP and MS Excel. You will coordinate with banks, auditors and government authorities to ensure accurate accounting records.

You will contribute to monthly closing, tax audits and statutory filings while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in export operations.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles and export procedures.
• Working knowledge of DGFT, ICEGATE and export banking documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of export documentation including SB, Invoice, Packing List and BL.
• Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
• Prepare GST data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings and reconcile with books of accounts.
• Prepare TDS workings, deduct TDS and assist in filing TDS Returns.
• Coordinate with banks for export realization and DGFT portal BRC related tasks.
• Assist in finalization, audits and compliance with GST and income tax.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Must have knowledge for export documentation, including Shipping Bills (SB), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading (BL).
• Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
• Prepare GST data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
• Perform GST reconciliation with GSTR-2B and Books of Accounts.
• Prepare TDS workings, deduct TDS as applicable, and assist in filing TDS Returns.
• Prepare GST refund workings and coordinate the refund process.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor banking transactions.
• Record accounting entries for Sales, Purchases, Journal Vouchers, Expenses, and Petty Cash.
• Prepare and monitor Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC) workings through the DGFT Portal.
• Handle export incentive processes and possess working knowledge of Duty Drawback and RoDTEP.
• Submit export documents to banks for export realization and compliance.
• Assist in monthly and yearly account finalization, statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and compliance with GST, Income Tax, and export regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, banks, auditors, and government authorities whenever required.
