Job summary

KISAN is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and statutory compliance from its Pune location. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ZOHO Books, strong PF/GST/TDS knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

The role requires 1 year of experience, a commerce degree (B.Com), and a willingness to learn AI tools in accounts automation. This is a full-time position based on SB Road, Pune, with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ZOHO Books.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of PF, GST, TDS compliance and statutory requirements.
• Ability to learn and implement AI tools in accounts automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), customer invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
• Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns within statutory deadlines.
• Handle PF and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare MIS Reports for management and provide financial insights.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and support Financial Reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must have Proficiency in G- suit.
• Hands-on experience with ZOHO Books (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of PF, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance .
• Experience in Bank Reconciliation .
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Experience in preparing MIS Reports and Financial Reports .
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
