Job summary

Rameshwar Infra Creation Llp is seeking an organized accounting professional to manage TDS and GST compliance, maintain books in Tally Prime, and prepare MIS reports. The role includes preparing GST returns and coordinating Form 16A with vendors, ensuring accurate documentation.

The candidate should have a B.Com/M.Com or equivalent, with emphasis on TDS/GST and proficiency in MS Excel. On-site location at Sarkhej Dholka Highway, Kasindra, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Strong knowledge of TDS & GST compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, deduct, and record TDS as per applicable laws.
• Prepare TDS working sheets and ensure timely TDS payments.
• File TDS returns and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate for Form 16A and vendor TDS reconciliation.

Job description

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

• Calculate, deduct, and record TDS as per applicable laws.
• Prepare TDS working sheets and ensure timely TDS payments.
• File TDS returns and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate for Form 16A and vendor TDS reconciliation.

GST (Goods and Services Tax):

• Maintain GST purchase and sales records.
• Prepare GST calculations and reconcile GST data.
• Assist in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• Ensure proper GST compliance and documentation.

Excel & Reporting:

• Prepare MIS reports, expense sheets, payment trackers, and financial summaries using Excel.
• Use formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data management functions for reporting.
• Generate periodic financial reports for management review.

Tally Prime:

• Record all accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
• Manage ledger creation, voucher entries, GST setup, and reports.
• Ensure proper bookkeeping and data accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Billing & Accounting processes
• Good understanding of TDS and GST compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Reports)
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
• Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
