Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations across multiple entities. The role involves bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and assisting with MIS and budgeting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in timely bookkeeping in Sage, QuickBooks, and Tally
• Support UK & UAE VAT Return preparation, Filing and Documentation
• Help manage Employee Cost Data, Budgeting inputs, and MIS reports
• Prepare customer invoices, track payments
• Perform periodic bank reconciliations and basic accounting schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial information
• Maintain organized records and provide general support to the finance team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounts, Commerce, or Finance
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks, or Tally is an added advantage
