Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts & Salary Executive with 12 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll, and salary processing. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, payroll processing, reconciliations, and assisting with statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
• Handle purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices and supporting documents.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
• Prepare monthly salary sheets and payroll calculations.
• Calculate salary, deductions, advances, incentives, leave adjustments, and other payroll components.
• Prepare salary statements and ensure timely salary processing.
• Assist with TDS, PF, and ESIC compliances.
• Assist with GST and TDS accounting and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate accounting, payroll, and employee records.
• Prepare monthly accounting and payroll reports.
• Assist during audits and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Practical knowledge of salary preparation and payroll processing.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, and payroll deductions.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Good communication and email drafting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee salary information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / B.Com (Hons.)

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Payroll, or Salary Processing.

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally Prime, Excel, and salary preparation will be preferred.
