Job summary

Beyond Border Consultants is a dynamic education consulting firm guiding students in India to study abroad, from program selection to visa processes and scholarships.

We seek a skilled counselor to conduct sessions, map suitable universities, draft SOPs, and run webinars on GRE/GMAT/IELTS/TOEFL, with CRM experience to manage leads and track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in student counseling or international education advisory.
• Strong knowledge of overseas university admission processes.
• Proficiency in SOP/LOR coaching and resume personalization.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use CRM tools for lead management.
• Familiarity with standardized tests and visa requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth academic and career counseling sessions to help students identify suitable universities, courses, and scholarship opportunities.
• Guide applicants through end-to-end application processes including SOP/LOR drafting, transcript evaluation, and document preparation.
• Deliver workshops and webinars on study abroad trends, standardized test strategies, and visa procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global university admission criteria, visa regulations, and funding opportunities across 10+ destinations.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design student-centric campaigns and conversion funnels for high-intent leads.
• Track student outcomes and feedback to continuously improve counseling methodologies and service delivery.

• Background in higher education, career guidance, or international student services
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn prospecting or digital lead generation techniques
